In the near future, society is divided between the rich and beautiful and the ugly and poverty-stricken. Ramon Yarritu, the leader of the terrorist organization Mutant Action, has recently been released from prison. Angered by the failures of the organization in his absence, he immediately launches a plot to kidnap Patricia, the lovely daughter of a wealthy bread mogul.
